Regularly. Timarron and Carillon finish-outs are some of our most common Southlake engagements. We typically join during the rough-in phase so we can influence lighting layout and millwork before walls close.
How do you define "minimalist luxury" in practice?+
Fewer material transitions, higher-grade stone and woods, custom millwork over off-the-shelf, and lighting specified room-by-room rather than grid-dropped. The goal is a home that reads quiet in photographs and feels settled in person.
Can you handle a Southlake Town Square tenant buildout?+
